A large mixed use project extends the prevailing scale of an existing apartment zone, to further develop the potential of Maroubra Road to become an urban boulevarde for eastern Sydney.

The project’s address to other street frontages is carefully measured to produce an intervention of an appropriate scale for a transitional area.

Fifteen types of single and two storey apartments – all with dual aspect and cross ventilation – are arranged around a large communal courtyard, with home offices and other commercial spaces at street level.
