The project extends the scale of a new apartment zone with two buildings arranged around a small communal courtyard at the end of a cul-de-sac. One of the buildings has another frontage to Mona Vale Road, one of the major roads of the upper north shore.
Nine types of apartments – all with dual aspect and cross ventilation – deal with the different conditions through being open to the sun and light at the north and east, and relatively closed – with a double acoustic skin – to the noise of Mona Vale Road.
