Concept design for a small development in Rozelle – replacing a single family house with a small apartment building containing 5 units. The units are to be small apartments for city workers, and the development application was to be for Boarding Houses under the State Government’s Affordable Rental Housing SEPP (State Environmental Planning Policy). The scope of the project is limited by the scale of the neighbouring buildings and the desperately tight site.
